Dr. Nickols has become part of our River Valley School District community. He serves as a mentor for our high school students, presents anti-bullying assemblies to our middle and high school students, provides professional development for K-12 faculty and staff, and serves as a consultant, helping to create a roadmap for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We have been positively impacted by engaging Doc Nickols as a speaker for our CPA firm. We hosted a series of lunch and learn sessions. We decided to break down our session into sub categories based on management and staff level. Doc Nickols did an amazing job in both separate sessions. Doc was able to connect with staff in a way that was unique and informative. As a part of our management team sessions, Doc Nickols was integrated to the overall retreat. Dr Nickols was able to help me make sense of all of this training and provided me with the intellectual tools to employ it.
