Dr. Nickols was the visiting scholar lecturer for this one-day symposium on Diversity & Inclusion. He opening keynote address was The Uncomfortable Side of Conversations on Race and the Language of Inclusion. He closed out the day speaking on The Language of Love is the Language of Inclusion.
The Advanced Leadership Institute – Emerging Leaders Program
Dr. Mitch Nickols has been an integral part of the creation and facilitation of the Emerging Leaders Program in The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI). Dr. Nickols specializes in facilitating the organizational culture sessions with this students and continues supporting our emerging leaders by serving on the advisory board of this powerful leadership program.
