Dr. Nickols has become part of our River Valley School District community. He serves as a mentor for our high school students, presents anti-bullying assemblies to our middle and high school students, provides professional development for K-12 faculty and staff, and serves as a consultant, helping to create a roadmap for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He has a natural presence with each audience he encounters.
